Every member's first payment goes toward their consultation if they haven't already completed one. You're never charged for both separately. If you've already paid your €150 consultation fee, it's credited off your first month here. Comprehensive carries a 6-month minimum term; it can be paused or cancelled after that. Nothing is dispensed until your practitioner review is complete.

Comprehensive: frequently asked

Why is there a 6-month minimum?
Comprehensive tracks up to three clinical categories together, and real change across all three takes longer than a single quarter to show and hold. Six months is the shortest term we've found gives a fair, evidence-based answer either way.
Monthly or annual: what's the actual difference?
Both carry the same 6-month minimum term, and the same practitioner relationship either way. Paying annually locks in €3,990 upfront instead of €399 × 12 (€4,788 over a year), a saving of roughly €798, in exchange for committing to the full year up front.
Can I switch from monthly to annual later?
Yes, contact your practitioner team and we'll apply the annual rate from your next renewal date.
What if I need to pause or cancel?
Comprehensive carries a 6-month minimum term from your start date. After that, monthly members can pause or cancel from their account, and annual members can contact us to arrange it. (This doesn't apply to Foundation, which has no pause or cancel mechanic by design; it's a single fixed-term charge.)
