Every Signa protocol is checked by a member of our practitioner team before anything is dispensed. We're not a prescribing service, and we're direct about that — what we do have is a qualified, independent layer between your data and your protocol, with the standing to change it or say no.
No protocol reaches you without a practitioner checking it against your questionnaire and bloodwork first. There's no volume-based shortcut around this step.
Practitioners can amend or decline anything they consider inappropriate for your file. Nothing ships without that review passing.
Our practitioners aren't paid more for approving more. Declining a protocol that doesn't fit is an expected outcome, not a failure.
If your assigned practitioner is unavailable, another qualified practitioner in our network picks up your file — not a queue with no owner.
Joining the Signa practitioner network isn't automatic. Every practitioner we work with goes through the same process before reviewing a single questionnaire.
We verify relevant qualifications and professional standing before onboarding — nothing is taken on trust.
We work with practitioners from nutrition, exercise physiology and functional health coaching backgrounds — disciplines where individualised protocol design is already core to the job. We don't onboard outside these areas.
Every practitioner is trained on our protocol reference, our contraindication checklist, and — just as importantly — when to stop and refer a client to their own physician instead of proceeding.
Reviewed files are anonymised and checked quarterly against network-wide patterns. Consistent outliers are addressed directly, not left to average out.
Once you submit your questionnaire and bloodwork, your practitioner opens a file containing your history, your goals, your current markers and anything you flagged as a concern.
Every field is read, not run past a checklist. If something's unclear or missing, they ask before deciding anything.
Three outcomes: your protocol proceeds as designed, it's adjusted first, or it's declined with a direct explanation and a suggestion to speak with your physician.
After your cartridges ship, you keep a direct channel to your practitioner for questions, adjustments, and your next re-test.
Signa operations staff can see what's strictly necessary to coordinate your consultation and delivery — your name, address, and order status. The clinical content of your file — your medical history, your practitioner's notes, the reasoning behind your protocol — is visible only to your assigned practitioner and, where a hand-off is needed, the practitioner covering for them. Everything is GDPR-bound and access-logged.
We handle the intake, the questionnaire logic, the scheduling and the protocol reference. You keep full independent judgement over every file you review — compensation is per review, never per approval.
