The gap
Clients kept arriving with peptides they'd bought online themselves — no practitioner review, no testing paperwork, and a dosing chart they were left to interpret alone. The alternative wasn't better: a full medical prescription pathway that assumed a diagnosis most of them didn't have.
Where it started
Signa grew out of Nabō Wellness, a longevity coaching practice built on bloodwork-driven protocols for training, recovery and hormonal health. The same rigor applied there — test, review, adjust — was the obvious starting point for peptides specifically.
The platform
Signa Peptide became its own practitioner-led platform: a structured questionnaire and bloodwork intake, independent practitioner review before anything ships, and delivery through one reusable pen with protocol-matched cartridges instead of a shelf of vials.
