The gap
Clients kept arriving with peptides they'd bought online themselves: no practitioner review, no testing paperwork, and a dosing chart they were left to interpret alone. The alternative wasn't better: a full medical prescription pathway that assumed a diagnosis most of them didn't have.
Where it started
Signa grew out of Nabō Wellness, a longevity coaching practice built on bloodwork-driven protocols for training, recovery and hormonal health. The same rigour applied there (test, review, adjust) was the obvious starting point for peptides specifically.
The platform
Signa Peptide became its own practitioner-led platform: a structured questionnaire and bloodwork intake, independent practitioner review before anything ships, and delivery through one reusable pen with protocol-matched cartridges instead of a shelf of vials.
